Roles and experiences
My strength is to lead development work in groups, companies and organizations and to make things happen.
My main areas of expertise are to lead digitalisation and software development in the eHealth, technology and defense industries, as well as Information Security in these industries. I have experience from both the private and public sector.
And
The roles I have had are Project Manager, Change Manager, Development Manager, Manager, Agile Coach, Product Owner and Scrum Master.
Previous assignments
Several major program & product companies where I had roles as project manager, Agile Coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master.
In one of my roles, I developed and implemented a new organization involving the IT department, operations and management. The organization was based on Agile methods and PM3.
At a Product Company, I was head of the Product Owner group, where I also developed a new test strategy and was responsible for the implementation.

Agile coach
Today I have assignments in software development as a project manager and development manager, and as an Agile Coach. As an Agile Coach, it is very much about getting to know where the company is in its Agile journey. Today, many have come a long way and run full-scale SAFe with Agila trains that have gained a foothold in more than the IT department, while others strive to have more or less Agila teams.
The most fun part of the role is just trying to find where the company, the teams, and the individuals are and lift from there just like in any other Coaching. There are several frameworks within the Agile, such as Disciplined Agile, which focus more on the context in which the business is located.
